The DSMC2 GEMINI Camera Kit gives you the core components to produce cinema image quality. For flexibility in any situation, GEMINI is RED’s highest sensitivity sensor to date and offers significantly increased performance in low-light settings and improved performance in shadows. A DSMC2 GEMINI is capable of data write speeds of 300 MB/s, and can simultaneously record in REDCODE RAW and Apple ProRes or Avid DNxHR/HD.

The DSMC2 Gemini is RED’s high-sensitivity Super 35 5K camera. Dual sensitivity (ISO 800 and ISO 3200) gives cleaner low-light images and stronger shadow performance, with 16.5+ stops in both modes. It records REDCODE RAW and can capture Apple ProRes or Avid DNx at the same time, at data rates up to 300 MB/s.
