The Nikon ZR is the first camera in the Z CINEMA line, developed with RED. A 24.5MP full-frame sensor recording 12-bit REDCODE RAW internally at 6K/59.94p and 4K/120p, with 15+ stops of dynamic range, R3D NE colour science and the world’s first 32-bit float audio recording. The Nikon ZR is the first body in Nikon’s Z CINEMA line, developed with RED. It puts 12-bit REDCODE RAW and R3D NE colour science into a 540 g full-frame body, which makes it useful for handheld, gimbal, drone, tight interiors and boat work where a full cinema build is the thing stopping the shot.
MediaVision stocks the ZR in Mauritius for commercials, documentary and second-unit work across Réunion, Madagascar, the Seychelles and the Maldives.
